• How to Prepare

  Consciously mix approximately 1 heaped teaspoon into tepid water, plant-based milk or a smoothie. Mix one powder or two or a bit of each, whatever best suits your day’s mood.
  1-2 times/day

  This method of mixing powdered herbs with water is called an Ayurvedic churna.

  A churna is a wonderful way for all of your senses to connect with the plant and its medicine.
